The shower has a unique style that might appeal to those who appreciate quirky designs, and the room had a distinct character, offering an experience unlike typical sterile hotel environments. The location can be considered intriguing, with interesting spots nearby worth exploring for those willing to look around a bit more.
The process of dealing with a £100 deposit was confusing since it felt arbitrary—one manager insisted on it while another didn’t. The single room was cramped, with barely enough space to navigate between the shower and toilet, and the sink faucet was almost a mini geyser for that tiny basin. On top of that, cleanliness was subpar, which really didn't help the overall feel of the place.

The family room was spacious enough for our crew, and we appreciated the friendly staff. We loved visiting the nearby golf club. it was a perfect activity for both teenagers and adults to unwind.
My kids wished there was a better shower setup. It would be great if they improved the bath facilities for family stays.

Location near the city center was convenient. The hotel appeared modern and clean, with friendly staff who tried to help. The room had a comfy double bed and was tidy, with good amenities like free toiletries and a kettle. the check-in was slow and required a £100 deposit, unexpected for a budget hotel. I felt overwhelmed by the numerous paper notices throughout the hotel, giving it a strict vibe. The shower was tiny but well-maintained, although the room itself felt cramped. WiFi worked great. A more welcoming atmosphere and less clutter would enhance the experience significantly.

Exceptional Service and Cozy Atmosphere
The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Farhana, who made me feel welcomed with her attentive service. The room was small but spotless and very comfortable, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The on-site café with its delicious halal food is a fantastic bonus! the slow check-in process could use some improvement.
